Note to users concerning the Federated Hermes email change

• You must use your valid Federated Hermes email address to create an account. If you use any other email address the account will be deleted.
• If you use your email address to log in: Continue to log in as normal until you’ve been notified that your email address has changed. Once it has changed your login will still be your old email address until you log on and go into your profile and update it with your new address. Once you’ve updated your profile your new address will be your log in.
• You cannot use your new email address until GTO notifies you that it has been changed. It is not a valid address until then.
• The old email address will work for at least a year. We’re committed to environmental responsibility. We’re seeking to reduce waste and cost. We ask employees that have business cards to place a new order when they actually need more cards and not just to update their email address on the cards.
• Our brand style for the new email address is initial caps: John.Doe@FederatedHermes.com -- once all employees have been transitioned we will hard code that style into the template.
